Prajitura cu Malai si Portocale

     Aceasta prajitura cu malai este o alta reteta ce am invatat-o intr-un restaurant italian din Londra. Combinatia de malai cu portocale e dumnezeiasca si se poate adauga si lamaie sau mandarine pentru un gust serios de citrice.

     Pentru a obtine o prajitura pentru ce cu intoleranta la gluten se poate inlocui faina alba cu migdale macinate fin iar praful de copt cu unul fara gluten. Siropul poate fi si el alterat, se poate aduaga cardamom la fierbere pentru un gust mai oriental, sau coaja de lamaie spre final pentru un gust proaspat citric.

     Malaiul folosit de mine e unul normal pentru textura, dar grija mare ca acesta poate ramane necopt. Folosirea unui malai mai fin ar elimina aceasta posibilitate.

     Un ultim lucru, incercati sa nu deschideti cuptorul in timpul coacerii sau prajitura se va lasa putin. Eu, folosind un cuptor pe care nu-l cunosc, am deschis usa pentru jumatate de secunda si se vede rezultatul.

     Pregatiti prajitura cu malai cu o zi inainte si lasati-o la insiropat noaptea, iar a doua zi luati-o la gratar pentru desert si cu siguranta va fi cea mai populara.

Prajitura cu malai e un desert simplu, fara prea multi pasi dar cu un gust exploziv de portocale. Perfect servita cu o lingura de iaurt, creme friache sau chiar inghetata de lamaie.

Ingrediente

  • 250 g unt la temperatura camerei
  • 200 g zahar brun
  • 200 g faina alba
  • 4 oua mari
  • 150 g malai
  • 2 lingurite praf de copt
  • 4 portocale
  • 1 lingura miere

Instructiuni

  • Se incalzeste cuptorul la 160C sau 140C daca are ventilator.
    Se captuseste o tava detasabila cu hartie de copt si se unge cu unt.
  • Intr-un bol mare se amesteca untul cu zaharul cu un mixer pana devine cremos. Se adauga zeama de la doua portocale plus coaja de la o portocala(data prin razatoare) si cate un ou si se mixeaza treptat pana se omogenizeaza.

  • Intr-un bol separat se amesteca faina cu malaiul si praful de copt apoi se adauga la mixul de unt amestecand usor cu o spatula pana se incorporeaza complet.
  • Se adauga compozitia in tava si se baga in cuptor pentru 50 de minute fara a-l deschide.

  • Intre timp se adauga intr-un ibric la foc mediu zeama de la 2 portocale si o lingura de miere. Se reduce incet 8-10 minute pana prinde consistenta de sirop apoi se da deoparte sa se raceasca.
  • Cand prajitura e gata se scoate din cuptor si din tava si se lasa la racit 15-20 de minute. Se perforeaza de mai multe ori cu o scobitoare si se glazureaza cu siropul de portocale.

  • Se serveste cu zahar pudra presarat si o lingura de creme fraiche sau inghetata de lamaie.
